For dinner, we serve Iwashimizu pork and ISe-ebi(spiny lobster) with lots of local vegetables.
Enjoy the warm, freshly prepared flavors of dishes served in skillet or baked on the spot.
Morning
Breakfast is hot sandwich with plenty of cheese, and freshly squeezed 100% fruit juice Orange juice and small salad set!
Hot sandwich ingredients (cooked), a small salad and orange juice will be prepared in the refrigerator in the main building. Eat it with a hot sandwich maker to your desired doneness.
【Iwashimizu Pork】
Iwashimizu pigs are raised on a small, verdant hill in the Oroshi district of Mihamacho, where there are tangerine tents. They grow up quickly drinking "Iwashimizu" that springs from the mountains in the back. We produce pigs that grow healthy from the inside of the body without antibiotics by using self-compounded food and microorganisms such as lactic acid bacteria and enzymes. The stress-free, free-growing pig retains its flavor for a long time when it becomes meat.
【Ise ebi (spiny lobster)】
Ise ebi is widely known as a luxury food, not only for its taste, but also for its long beard and curved back, which evoke longevity, and its repeated molting, which evokes success. In Mihamacho, where tangerine tents are located, Ise ebi are caught using a fishing method called gill net fishing. This fishing method, nets are set in the paths of fish and shrimp, to catch by entwining. Enjoy fresh local spiny lobster.
